Agents who are representing Buyers in the Auction must register ahead of time.
If the Buyer purchases a property via the Auction, the agent will receive a 2-4% co-broke, depending on the auction. While we recommend that the Agent accompany their client to the auction, it is not required. An agent will not be paid a co-broke for representing themselves. Buyers can also use this form to register their agent.
